This system is ideal if you're a video producer who needs to record vocals from a distance. Lav mics are incredibly useful for stage and video use as they are small and therefore hard to see. They are also designed to pick up vocals while cutting out background frequencies, letting you get the sound you need. The Microphone

The CVL microphone is a tiny clip on condenser microphone that captures any kind of speech, from stage presentations to field reporting. The cardioid pattern keeps your sound directional, allowing you to easily pick up a single voice while minimising background noise. You can even use this microphone in poor conditions using the included windscreen. This protects your sound from wind and prevents plosives. 

All Day Recording

Some people worry that you'll run out of battery with a wireless system and be caught out without a microphone. That's why Shure take battery life so seriously. With this pack, you can squeeze 14 hours of running time out of a single set of AA batteries.

You don't even have to worry about going out of range either, as you'll be able to harness up to 100m of wireless connectivity. Unless you plan on standing the full length of a football pitch away from your receiver, you'll be absolutely fine.
