At the heart of the microphone is the unique dual-capsule. Each capsule inside focuses on different parts of the kick drum sound. The two capsule are phase aligned for optimal audio fidelity. The dynamic capsule provides accurate reproduction of the kick drum attack whereas the condenser capsule is designed to capture the low-end. The DTP 640 REX microphone also features 3 sound-shaping switchable modes. Additionally the microphone comes complete with a dedicated two-connections to one XLR cable and a leatherette bag for storage.
