The 4-710d is a 4 channel mic preamp that offers both classic tube and solid state tones with crystal clear A/D conversion. What's more, you get classic 1176-style compression, as well as tons of digital I/O to expand your setup.

Tone Blending Mic Pres

One of the stand out features of this unit is it's four TEC Award Winning"twin-finity" mic/line preamps. Each preamp has phase aligned tone-blending control of both tube and solid state circuits, giving you a wide range of creative choice. Dial up your tone, whether its clean and clear or warm and fuzzy thanks to Dual-path 285-volt Class-A tube and transimpedance solid-state preamps.

Each Preamp get's its own newly designed 1176-style compression circuit as well as important tools such as a filter and polarity switch to properly shape the tone and dynamics of your recordings, helped by large, backlit VU meters so that you can monitor input drive, gain level, and gain reduction.
