The Edge Note delivers a maximum SPL of 146 dB which allows close placement on drums brass and other instruments that routinely challenge condenser microphones. Thirteen detailed modelling profiles extend the tonal range of the microphone and maintain the character of classic small diaphragm designs. A two step high pass filter and a pad with 10 dB or 20 dB attenuation provide precise management of low frequency build up and strong input signals.
