The Audient ASP800 is an eight-channel microphone preamp and ADC for expanding audio interfaces and recording systems with professional-quality inputs. Featuring eight Audient Console mic preamps class-leading converters and ADAT connectivity it provides an easy way to increase recording capacity for larger sessions. If youre tracking drums recording a full band or connecting additional outboard equipment the ASP800 helps you capture more sources without compromising on sound quality. Two Retro Channels introduce analog-style character through Audients HMX harmonic saturation and IRON transformer drive circuits giving you control over colour and texture at the source. Dual JFET instrument inputs are designed to recreate the response of classic valve amplifier input stages making them ideal for guitars basses keyboards and drum machines. Combined with flexible line inputs detailed conversion and a compact 1RU design the ASP800 is a versatile addition to any studio setup.
