The AKG C314 is a quality condenser microphone based on the ever popular C414. The C314 fills the hole of the discontinued C4000, providing multi-pattern sound selection and a large frequency response.

Dual-Diaphragm Capsule

Whether you're capturing sound in a concert hall or studio, the C314 does an excellent job of picking up small nuances with it's 20Hz to 20kHz range. Its dual computer-matched diaphragms guarantee the highest polar pattern accuracy. Integrated suspension reduces hum and extra noise for a transparent recording experience.

Multi-pattern

Switch between cardioid, supercardioid, omni or figure-8 polar patterns. The C314 is great when recording vocals or instruments – electric or acoustic alike. Reduce drum spill or balance two vocalists, all in an excellent affordable package. The perfect microphone for multi-instrumentalists after a professional quality sound.

Rugged casing

AKG have been making microphones for more than 65 years. They've been used to capture some of the most iconic moments of the past few decades of music. AKG know there's more to usability than just the internal specs.

That's why the C314 is equipped with a resilient scratch-resistant shell and double-mesh metal grille to withstand road use. The C314 combines elegance with exceptional RF immunity.
