Description

The Earthworks SV33 Cardioid Condenser Microphone is New Delivered to all areas of the UK using our roadie delivery service.

The SV33 from Earthworks is a premium-grade, front address cardioid condenser microphone. It delivers a high-quality sound to match. Hi-res performance is assured for both female and male vocals – with unrivalled clarity, realism and natural sound in abundance.

Attention to Detail

A 14mm capsule has been combined with hand-tuned circuitry. This showcases Earthworks' commitment to producing industry standard microphones where every element of their design and construction has been considered. A build like this ensures excellent performance, pairing the traditional warmth present with most large diaphragm capsules, with Earthworks' trademark meticulous detail.

This intensive engineering happens in Earthworks' New Hampshire headquarters. Each SV33 is handmade individually, with technicians poring over every single aspect. Am aluminium body (combined with Nextel Dark Black plating forms the backbone of the mic. This leads to increased durability and reflectivity.

Patented Polar Tech

The SV33 manages to provide a world-class recording experience thanks to its finely attuned cardioid polar pattern. This patented polar technology provides the mic with an extremely efficient architecture. It even manages to maintain consistency up to 80 degrees off-axis. All of this allows you to move wherever you want in front of the mic – without any detriment to your level or timbre! On top of that, there's an integrated windscreen to stop plosives, as well as a minimal amount of handling noise.

Efficient Rejection

You won't find many better microphones for rejecting unwanted sound from the rear. Any incoming off-axis sound will remain authentic, uncoloured and natural. This will help your recordings to sound as good as possible.

Additional Extras

Your mic will come equipped with a flexible mounting bracket – used to attach the SV33 to either a stand or boom – and a custom-made carrying case. This will protect your mic during transit.
